"When I was writing an email describing the erroneous behavior of Seavus Project Viewer I didn't expect much. My previous experience with several other software support centers wasn't good (long response time, inability to help, etc).
I was surprised that a response took place a few hours after. From the first contact, the Seavus support center took care of me. My case wasn't easy since my problem wasn't reproducible on any computer. At the beginning people from customer support tried to raise the error on their computers which took some time, but all that time they stayed in touch with me. Eventually they failed to reproduce the error so they provided me with software allowing them to watch my screen and we reproduced the error together on my computer. After they were able to see the error, they proved their competence by resolving my problem quickly.
I am impressed by the effort put in to resolve my problem as well as their highly customer-oriented approach. The Seavus Support team always answered my questions quickly and constantly informed me about current progress of my case. And, what is most important, they did resolve my problem."
